With us there is no key box, there will always be a "real" person to welcome you.

For each booking, we ask our travellers to provide us with their return crossing times.

It is important to us to provide a personal welcome for each rental.

In order to inform and answer the numerous questions about the house, the island and other practical information.

Before each stay, an email with all the useful information and the welcome guide is sent to each traveller.

Comfort and facilities

When talking about our accommodations, the tenants note: the brightness, the bedding and the numerous accessories and utensils for the kitchen, make the rentals: "pleasant houses to live in".

Linen, household products and basic necessities as well as condiments are provided.

Cleanliness

The cleanliness of our houses is of utmost importance to us.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price of your rental so you can enjoy your holiday without stress!

The proximity of the beach and the South Foot Path

A 15 minute walk will take you to the beach "les grands sables", the largest on the island. Fine white sand, turquoise water, ideal for water sports such as sailing, paddle, kite surfing or fishing.

Kerdavid is a starting point for many walks and bike rides. It is even possible to reach the steep cliffs of the wild coast without having to cross a valley! Guide books are available in each house.

Flexibility of dates of stay

We also accept arrivals and departures during the week.


This way you can avoid the traffic jams of Friday and Sunday evenings. You will also have the choice of your boat time.
You can choose to stay as many nights as you like (minimum 4 nights from March to November and 12 nights in summer)

Our advice before booking your stay in Belle Ile

Before making a reservation in one of our locations, it is essential to find out about the mode of transport to reach the island, particularly the availability and price conditions.

(By sea with the Compagnie Océane or Ilienby sail in season, Finistair by air in season).

The island is large and hilly, we strongly advise you to have a vehicle or to rent electric bikes, the port of arrival Le Palais is located 12 km from the houses. On foot, without a motor? We propose "hiking" stays, out of season, by ensuring the various transfers by electric car. In order to take the time to discover Belle île, its paths, its beaches, its landscapes, its "micro-climate" and its gentle atmosphere, we recommend a minimum stay of 5 nights and 2 weeks in summer.

Which house is best for you ?

Solo or as a couple , the new houses "Baluden" and "Herlin" are ideal : a bedroom with a 160cm bed, terrace with a view of the large park, cocooning atmosphere guaranteed.

Between friends  : the houses "Bordardoué" and "Les grands sables" have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. They are spacious and bright with a large terrace opening onto a private garden. For families : the 2-bedroom houses "Port-Andro" and "La Biche" for 4 people, the house "Le Bugul" for 5 people. For more space and comfort or large families, the 3 bedroom houses "Bordardoué" and "Les grands sables".
