Hiking in Belle île en mer

With 85 km of coastal paths, it is important to remember that Belle île is the third largest island in France after Corsica and the island of Oléron.
It is not possible to visit it in a weekend, but rather in a week.
Our rentals are a starting point for many hiking and biking trails, to discover Belle île, topos-guides are at your disposal in each house.

on foot

We offer a 6 day/5 night "relaxation & hiking" package - Monday to Saturday - out of season163 €/pers based on 4 people 283 €/pers based on 2 people
We provide transfers to and from each hike. 12 km per day of our favourite routes. Half-day hikes that leave you time to rest, swim and discover the island's tourist sites and craftsmen.
Available for a maximum of 4 people - from April to October - only on reservation - according to availability (except July/August and bank holidays)
You will probably see many articles or blogs indicating the tour of the island on foot in 4 days. This is indeed possible for experienced hikers at a rate of more than 20 km per day (steep west coast) and without having the time to see anything else of the island, which in our opinion is a pity ....

by bike

It will be possible to rent bicycles (electric strongly advised) with Yohann "Locmaria cycle" who on request makes the delivery of the bicycles directly to the houses of Kerdavid'île. The advantage is that you are free to travel and in contact with nature. However, on the island, cycling requires great vigilance: - the majority of bicycle roads are shared with cars - the steepness of the many valleys means that you need to be well trained. This activity should preferably be practised outside July and August and should be avoided with young children.
