This accomodation is ideal for :
a family of 4 or one couple.
The house has its own private garden with a south facing terrace. It is adjoined to its twin house "Le Bugul" and "Les grands sables" separated from it by a large hedge.
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (induction, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and dishwasher) open to the living room with direct access to the garden, a shower room equipped with a shower and a washing machine and a separate toilet.
On the first floor : 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed / one with two single beds) and a toilet with a hand-washer.
Free parking and baby equipment on request.
The rates include the "linen kit" (bed linen and bath towels), the cleaning at the end of the stay as well as the consumption of water and electricity (if not abused).

Arrivals are after 4pm and departures before 10am, flexibility on these schedules in case the house is free the day before or not re-rented the same day.
At the time of booking a deposit of 20% of the rental amount is required, the balance will be paid 6 days before arrival and on the spot in the case of a payment in cash or holiday vouchers.
A cleaning protocol is applied in the framework of the sanitary measures linked to the Covid 19, we have also set up flexible conditions in case of modification or cancellation of the stay.
For reasons of hygiene and in respect of the other tenants we do not accept pets.
This property does not have PRM access.
