Our new house "Herlin" is ideal for :
a single person, a couple, or two adults and a child (under 10 years old).
South facing, it has a terrace with a nice view on the large park surrounding the houses. It is adjoining and separated from the "Baluden" house by a wooden fence and a hedge planted last autumn.
A dairy farm is located 50 metres away (sale of butter, milk, fresh cream and eggs possible from 6pm to 7.30pm - chicken on order)
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (induction, combined microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, mini-freezer and dishwasher) opening onto a sitting area with direct access to the garden, a shower room equipped with a shower and a washing machine, a separate toilet.
On the first floor: a large bedroom with a 160cm bed, a small bedroom with a 90cm bed and a toilet with a hand-washer.
Free and private parking in front of the house.
Baby equipment on request.
The rates include the "linen kit" (sheets and towels) for 3 people and vary according to the seasons and school holidays.

A cleaning protocol is applied in the framework of the sanitary measures linked to Covid 19, we have also set up flexible conditions in case of modification or cancellation of stay.
Arrivals are from 4pm and departures before 11am, flexibility on these schedules in case the house is free the day before or not re-rented the same day.
At the time of booking, a deposit of 20% of the rental amount is required. The balance will be paid 6 days before arrival and on the spot in the case of payment in cash or holiday vouchers.
For reasons of hygiene and in respect of the other tenants we do not accept pets.
This property does not have PRM access.
